Sit Back and Relax: Scentural Stress Relief

Holiday stress doesn’t stand a chance with these natural relaxation helpers.

Give these wonderfully relaxing bath salts as a gift or save them for yourself and indulge in some fragrant stress relief.

• 20 drops lavender essential oil
• 10 drops sandalwood essential oil
• 5 drops rose essential oil
• 3 drops ylang ylang essential oil
• 2 cups sea salt
• 2 cups Epsom salts

Mix oils with salts in a bowl. Transfer to a pretty glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. To use, simply add a handful of the salts to your bathwater.
