Garlic-Ginger Tonic

Garlic-Ginger Tonic

• 2 cloves garlic, minced  
• 2 small chunks ginger, grated 
• 1 lemon, juiced 
• 1 teaspoon honey

Stir ingredients into a cup of hot water and let steep for 5 minutes before drinking.
