• 1⁄4 cup spearmint
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup sugar or honey
• Brandy or passionflower tincture (1⁄4 of bottle space)

Medicinal Potential

Chamomile: Creates a whole-body sense of calm; relieves a variety of aches and pains; relaxes digestive system; German chamomile more often recommended for medicinal uses

Spearmint: Promotes digestive well-being; reduces anxiety; alleviates stress 

Passionflower: Used to calm nerves, mild sedative, “dream enhancer;” promotes better sleep and alleviates insomnia by lessening anxiety


Chamomile should be used with caution by anyone with a ragweed allergy.
