Use this homemade nourishing body oil to eliminate any lingering winter blues.
This uplifting scent alleviates the last of the winter blues while providing sensuous skin-moisturizing benefits all over your body.
• 3⁄4 cup carrier oil of your choice
• 1⁄4 cup vegetable glycerin
• 10 to 15 drops spearmint essential oil (or your favorite essential oil)
• 10 to 20 drops argan oil
Thoroughly mix all ingredients in a glass or ceramic bowl. On clean skin, gently apply as a moisturizer or massage oil. Store remainder in a dark glass bottle or jar. Makes about 16 ounces.
