Sitting at a desk all day can harm our posture, and in turn, our health. Join Jessica Kellner, the Editor-in-Chief of Mother Earth Living magazine, for a few minutes of rest and relaxation as she guides you through a new, office-friendly yoga stretch.

This is one of the few exercises you can do for your legs while seated in an office chair. You will feel the benefits of this seated hamstring stretch through the back of your leg, into the glutes and up the small of the back. If you do a lot of working out, these areas can become really tight, so this exercise can help loosen muscles and increase circulation. With each breath you should be able to lean even further into the stretch. If at any point the stretch becomes painful, ease back into a more comfortable position. Regular practice of this pose should loosen muscles, increase flexibility and leave your legs feeling relaxed and limber.
