Cow face pose generally involves the legs. To modify it for an office setting, we are going to use just our arms. This yoga pose can be a little bit difficult to get into, especially if your arms aren't quite flexible enough to reach each other behind your back or you carry a lot of tension in your shoulders. Make this stretch easier to get into by using a belt or a piece of cloth to connect your hands.
