This formula makes the perfect start to any bustling holiday morning. Yerba mate is gently stimulating while skullcap and rose strengthen the nervous system. Peppermint adds an invigorating kick.
• 1 part yerba mate
• 1 part skullcap leaf
• 1/2 part rose buds
• 1/2 part peppermint leaf
Steep 2 tablespoons tea blend in 1 cup hot water for 5 minutes. Strain.

• 1/2 part ginger root
• 1/2 part elderberries
