Body Cleansing Herbs: A Complete Three-Day Cleanse

<strong>DAY 1</strong>
</p>
<p>
<strong>Morning</strong>
</p>
<p>• On arising, drink a glass of pure water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.</p>
<p>• Take a few minutes to stretch and practice deep-breathing exercises.</p>

<p>• <strong>Breakfast:</strong> Choose from fresh or stewed dried fruit, yogurt, whole-grain cooked cereal and raw nuts.</p>

<strong>Noon</strong>
