• 1 tablespoon sea salt
• 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
• 5 drops peppermint essential oil
1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients, stirring thoroughly.
2. To use: Massage onto lower legs, ankles and feet, using a circular motion. Aim for 3 to 5 minutes on each leg and foot. It feels quite invigorating and refreshing, and is great on a hot summer day! Makes 1 treatment.
