This rich moisturizing pack restores softness and shine to hair.

· 1 ripe avocado
· 2 tablespoons yogurt
· 1 tablespoon honey

Blend the avocado, yogurt, and honey into a smooth puree. Dampen your hair with warm water, and massage the avocado mixture into hair. Cover your head with a plastic shower cap and leave in place for 30 minutes. Rinse well and shampoo.
