Make your home a healthier place to live.

Do you know how toxic your home is? Do you know how to make it healthier?

The Environmental Working Group has created a seven-question quiz that estimates the damage that all those chemicals we use to clean our homes have on our bodies. The EWG then suggests how to make your house a much healthier place to live.

The questions are about the types of cleaning and grooming products you use, the cookware you own and the food you eat. When you finish the test, you get a score with which you can determine the health of your home.

With that in mind, you can take a tour of a virtual home and learn about the things you can improve, from trading your nonstick cookware for cast iron or stainless steel pans, switching to toxin-free shower curtains and using environmentally friendly cleaning products.

The tour feels like a game, but you learn some serious information about the health of your home.
