Healthy Cocoa Milkshake Recipe

• 1 to 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1 cup milk, soymilk, or rice milk
• 1 ripe banana, peeled
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender, and blend until creamy. Pour and enjoy. Makes 1 serving
