Whole-grain tortilla, lettuce leaf or both
3 slices turkey (about 2 ounces)
2 teaspoons honey mustard
1/4 cup sliced apple
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1-1/2 tablespoons raw local honey
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1. Lay turkey slices atop tortilla and/or lettuce leaf. 2. Spread honey mustard on turkey and top with apple slices. Roll up and enjoy. Makes 1 wrap.
