The Healing Powers of Ginger

Ginger root may not be the nicest-looking spice, but it has substantial benefits. Most commonly known for helping calm nausea, ginger is filled with antioxidants and minerals such as potassium and magnesium. In addition to its health benefits, ginger makes a tasty complement to both sweet and savory recipes.
