THIS QUICK BREAKFAST is so simple that it hardly seems like a recipe, yet I believe no Herbivore’s life should be without it. Use whichever nut butter and bread your heart desires.
Bacon & Nut Butter Toast Recipe
• 2 slices whole-grain or gluten-free bread, toasted
• 2 tablespoons nut butter
• 6 strips vegan bacon, cooked
Spread the toast with the nut butter. Top with the vegan bacon strips and serve.
Tip: For a fancier presentation, cut the toast on a diagonal.
