Oat Straw Nutri-Tea Recipe

Combine oats with other herbs to make a lightly nutritious, mineral-infused tea.
8 ounces or 32 ounces. SERVINGS


  • 3 parts nettle leaf
  • 2 parts oat straw
  • 1 part peppermint
  • 1 part spearmint


    • Combine herbs, mixing well.
    • To make a standard infusion, steep 1 heaping teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of herb mix in an 8-ounce mug of hot water for 15 minutes or longer.
    • To make a super infusion, steep 1 ounce of the herbs in a 32-ounce French press for 4 hours, then strain. Enjoy hot or cold.
