Pears: high in antioxidants, vitamin C and copper, as well as potassium and fiber

Cardamom: contains numerous essential oils, potassium, calcium, magnesium, manganese and iron

Sweet Potatoes: good source of vitamins A and C, manganese, potassium, iron, copper, dietary fiber and vitamin B6

Leeks: provide fiber, folic acid, vitamins B6 and C, manganese and iron, as well as compounds that can lower bad cholesterol levels and improve the immune system

Collard Greens: excellent source of vitamins A, C and K, manganese, folate, calcium and dietary fiber

Swiss Chard: extremely high in potassium, iron, and vitamins A, C and K
