Many Mints: Cold-Pressed Mint Tea

Take an overflowing handful of any mint. Crush it in your hands, twisting as if trying to wring moisture out. Put crushed mint in your favorite pitcher, fill with ice, add water, and let sit for 10 minutes. Don’t strain; festive flecks of mint will remain.
