Kitchen Table: Herbed Cheese

Wonderful spread on crackers or melba toast.

• 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
• 4 green onions, chopped
• 1 tablespoon dill weed
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese
• 1 tablespoon dried parsley
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Blend all ingredients in a food processor until thoroughly mixed.
