Breakfast, as we have been told for time eternal, is the most important meal of the day. If we kick-start our ‘engine’ with healthy sustenance, it is more likely that we will continue to eat right for the rest of the day. But many of us never really experience the joys of eating at breakfast time. We accept as true that breakfast consists of ramming toast and shovelling cereal down the proverbial guzzler.

Indian Superfood acknowledges, and whole-heartedly embraces, the necessity for a quick breakfast. For this reason, many recipes are fast to prepare, and some can even be made the night before.

‘What? Indian for breakfast?’, I hear you asking. Yes, but not quite. This is Indian food with an inspiring twist—it is Indian Superfood for breakfast. For example, Spicy Prawn Omelette or mouth-watering Ginger-Infused Yogurt with Honey and Pomegranate, both of which take minutes to rustle up. Who in their right mind could resist such irresistibly healthy temptations?
