Makes 4 cups
To savor the best flavor, drink this beverage immediately after making. 

  • 3 slices ginger
  • 2 black peppercorns
  • 2 pinches peppermint
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon fennel
  • 4 cups water
  1. Combine ingredients in a tea ball and steep in hot water for 3 to 5 minutes.
