Makes about 1 2/3 cups
- 1/2 cup sesame or other mild flavored oil
- 1/2 cup whole pecans
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Combine first five ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Season to taste with salt.
