Current Projects: These days, I’m working on teaching more small group classes and collaborating with other wellness professionals in the Front Range area. I’m also expanding my herbal medicine making, and offering Reiki trainings to more people!

I have my B.S. in Human Health Sciences, and worked in clinical metabolic research for several years before becoming a certified coach and energy healer. My own struggles with Lyme Disease and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome brought me to explore a whole new world of healing modalities, including herbalism, nutrition, and Reiki. Now, through my business, I focus on helping others living with complex illnesses, tap into their body’s inherent ability to heal through holistic methods. I believe that true wellness incorporates all aspects of ourselves- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual, and my intuitive coaching style digs deep into each level. Healing is possible, no matter what you’ve been told!
