Kath has been growing all the vegetables to feed her family of 6 for 20 good years. Spray free, natural, low input gardens are her thing. She recycles, reuses and forages for fertilizer and aims to use as little plastic as possible. Kath believes in a daily serve of fresh picked organic greens for a happy mind + strong body and it's her dream that every person has this.
She runs a successful garden consultancy and educational business called Edible Backyard. She loves to travel around NZ teaching people the wonders of organic gardening. She’s the author of 2 books – The Organic Garden Calendar and How To Prune Fruit Trees: A Beginners Guide.<
