I love chocolate. My desk is stocked with an impressive array of dark and milk chocolates, but this week, I got to try something special: Nicobella Vegan Organic Dark Chocolate Truffles

Nicobella Vegan Organic Dark Chocolate Truffles are special because, unlike traditional chocolate truffles, which are made from a mixture of chocolate, cream and butter, Nicobella Vegan Organic Dark Chocolate Truffles are made with healthy, vegan ingredients and infused with powerhouse antioxidants. Instead of butter and cream, Nicobella Vegan Organic Dark Chocolate Truffles are made with organic oat milk, organic agave nectar, organic cocoa butter and organic banana puree that replicates the creamy thickness of conventional truffles—but without the use of animal byproducts. Though I'm not a vegan (or even a vegetarian—I'm more of a flexitarian), I appreciate the thoughtfulness that goes behind producing wholesome, organic, vegan food—and I'm always interested in trying new chocolates!
