Easy herbal treatments to protect, preserve
When you’ve worked all day and still have a meeting to attend at night, try this treatment for an energy boost. It is very stimulating, so don’t use it before going to bed or when you’re trying to relax. Rosemary and sage contain moderate amounts of niacin, potassium, and zinc, and the volatile oil in eucalyptus is antimicrobial and refreshing.
