SunRidge Farms' line of organic snacks packs a mouthful of taste and protein into every handful.
SunRidge Farms makes a line of organic snacks packed full of protein and taste. SunRidge has more than 1,000 organic snacks, confections and staples, all made in its solar panel-powered facility. Their products are all vegetarian and contain no unhealthy trans fats, hydrogenated oils, artificial colorings or preservatives. Check out these treats:
Organic Sunny Worms: Instead of using gelatin, these gummy worms have a pectin base. Each worm is soft and chewy but won’t stick to your teeth. The sugar-dusted worms come in three colors – red, orange and yellow – and are packed with natural flavors. A package of the worms contains 100 percent of your daily value of vitamins A, C, D and E.
Frosted Four Star Cookies: These bite-size vanilla cookies come in four different coatings: milk chocolate, peanut butter, raspberry yogurt and cinnamon yogurt. The all-natural cookie is satisfyingly crunchy, and the thick coating releases a mouthful of flavor.
Yogurt Pretzels: These pretzels are part of SunRidge’s All Natural Candies and Confections line. They’re made with real vanilla and cocoa butter, and don’t contain hydrogenated oils or titanium dioxide (a whitening agent). The dried yogurt has a powdery finish to it, but overall the pretzels are sweet and crunchy.
Not interested in sweets? Try these trail mixes:
Omega Man Fortified Power Mix: This mixture of nuts, chocolate and dried fruits is designed for men with their prostate and heart health in mind, but this delicious trail mix will appeal to women, too. Its unusual ingredients, such as pumpkin seeds, papaya, pineapple and dark chocolate-covered raisins, make each handful interesting.
Hit the Trail Mix: This mix is an organic version of the standard trail mix. It contains peanuts, raisins, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, cashews and an extra ingredient called Tamari Shoyu, which is made of soybeans, salt and wheat.
