Shake Up Your Holidays with Herbal Cocktails: Le Cilantro Rouge

Makes 1 serving

• 5 cilantro leaves
• 1 1/2 ounces Absolut Peppar Vodka
• 1/2 ounce Bloody Mary mix
• 2 caper berries with stems

Put 3 cilantro leaves, Peppar vodka and Bloody Mary mix together in a shaker over ice. Shake. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with caper berries hung from side of glass, and float 2 cilantro leaves on top.
