Cancer Fighting Foods: Garlic Salad Dressing

Serves 3 to 4
The garlic in this salad dressing has a plethora of healthy attributes, including cancer prevention.

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small jar and shake.
