Dress for Sucess: Quick Buttermilk Dressing

Splashy, classy or saucy, salad dressings amplify the flavor of your favorite fruits and vegetables.

You can make this in seconds for any tossed salad. MAKES ABOUT 2 1/8 CUPS

• 2 cups buttermilk
• 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
• 1 sprig fresh parsley, diced
• 2 green onions, diced
• Salt and pepper to taste

1. Combine ingredients in blender and pulse blend for a few pulses.

2. Chill before using.
