Makes about 1 cup
I take a spoonful of this when I feel the sniffles beginning, have a scratchy throat or any flu-like symptoms. I take it throughout the day, but always before bed. I hold the honey in my mouth for awhile to let my saliva begin to work, and let it slide down the back of my throat, swallowing in small amounts. It’s also good on toast or a bowl of oatmeal.
