Most days I just don't have time to make breakfast. It's the most important meal, though, so usally it's a Larabar and juice for me. I like  Larabars  because the ingredient list is short and they are delicious. My favorite bar, the Apple Pie , is just dates, walnuts, unsweetened apples, almonds, raisins, and cinnamo
