Coconut oil is one of the most effective conditioners and can help prevent protein in loss for some hair types due to the levels of lauric acid. Apple Cider Vinegar
Healthy hair, typically, has a neutral pH, but if the acid mantle — the slightly acidic coating, including sebum, that contributes to overall hair health — becomes too alkaline the cuticle (outer layer of hair) can lift which makes hair more likely to break or appear frizzy. Apply an apple cider vinegar rinse to re-balance your hair’s pH, cleanse your locks of product residue and promote scalp health.
