Inglehoffer New Organic MustardBeaverton Foods Inglehoffer Organic Honey Mustard, 10.25 oz., and the Inglehoffer Organic Stone Ground Mustard, 10 oz., will be easier to identify and they will be more recyclable this year.

Green caps now clearly identify the organic line from the original mustards.  Additionally, the Inglehoffer organic mustards will use PET plastic squeeze bottles.

“Beaverton Foods is committed to offering the highest quality foods in the best packaging available to us,” said Domonic Biggi, CEO of Beaverton Foods.  “The PET bottles are a more recyclable.  We also wanted our customers to know these mustards are different from our other specialty condiment items.”

The suggested retail price for the USDA certified organic mustards is $4.99.  There are more than 20 different Inglehoffer mustards, horseradishes, tartar and cocktail sauces.

PET stands for polyethylene terephthalate, a plastic resin and a form of polyester.  It is the type of plastic labeled with the #1 code on or near the bottom of bottles and containers.  Manufacturers use PET to package products because of its strength, thermo-stability and transparency.  It is also lightweight, resealable and recyclable.**

Beaverton Foods is the largest producer of non-refrigerated horseradish and award-winning specialty mustards in the US* and it is the only manufacturer of authentic wasabi products in North America.

The company also offers a wide variety of best-selling gourmet sauces, garlic, spices, and other unique specialty condiments packaged under these labels: Beaver, Inglehoffer, Napa Valley, Tulelake and Pacific Farms.  In addition to its own brands, the company develops, produces and co-packs a broad range of products for companies in the country and abroad.
