It’s popular to load up on colorful produce these days—the flavonoids inherent to yellow, red, blue and green plants are marvelous for our health, carrying anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. But just because a plant lacks color doesn’t mean it’s devoid of nutritional value. While it’s smart to eschew white bread and sugar, white plants can be healthful. Look below for a list of seven body-boosting white foods.

Cauliflower
High in fiber and vitamin C; contains health-boosting phytochemicals such as carotenoids

Macadamia Nuts
