Organic and hydroponic gardening retailer Worm’s Way is excited to announce the launch of its new website, www.WormsWay.com, on July 15. The site’s relaunch coincides with the company’s new branding campaign rooted in a customer service–based online presence and cohesive marketing strategies within retail departments.
According to Richard Florey, Director of Consumer Operations for Worm’s Way, the new website offers customers a modern look, improved usability, in-store inventory check and added speed. “The redesign and restructuring was absolutely centered on feedback we’ve gathered from our customer base these last several years. They know what they want; of course we’ll listen! They’ll see more deals and added features, but will love the new navigation. We want shopping with us to not only be a positive experience, but the one they’re hoping for when they land on our site. We’re all excited to unveil this new site to our customers, both new and old.”
Additional upgrades to the site include a “Today’s Deal” section, offering exclusive and regularly changing coupons to online customers. A more detailed location tab highlights the six Worm’s Way retail locations in Indiana, Kentucky, Florida, Tennessee, Missouri and Massachusetts, allowing customers to conveniently connect to a store near them. Also, a live “store inventory check” to see what’s available in a customer’s local store.
