- ½ bunch fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A fifth of quality vodka
- Place dill and honey in vodka. Let sit for 3 or 4 days, then taste.
- For a stronger herb flavor, steep longer. If vodka becomes cloudy, strain mixture through a cloth.
