The cookies come in three types: traditional, organic and mini.
The organic cookie line includes Chocolate Chunk Pecan Shortbread; Dark Chocolate, Chocolate Chunk Cookies; Espresso Chocolate Chunk Cookies; Old Fashioned Raisin Walnut Cookies; Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie; and Spicy Ginger with Crystallized Ginger Cookies.
Pamela’s Products organic cookies are made from
70 percent organic
ingredients (except for the Old Fashioned Raisin Walnut variety, which are made with 50 percent organic ingredients). The organic, traditional and mini cookies are $4 per box.
Pamela’s Products nonorganic products are made with natural and organic ingredients.
The wheat- and gluten-free baking mixes include Gluten-Free Bread mix, Baking and Pancake mix, Chocolate Brownie mix, Chocolate Cake mix, Classic Vanilla Cake mix, Cornbread and Muffin mix, and Chocolate Chunk Cookies mix. Pamela’s Products also offers three frosting mixes in dark chocolate, vanilla and confetti. The baking mixes are between $5 and $6.
