• 1 tablespoon red ginseng (Korean or Chinese)
• 1 tablespoon dried or fresh ginger
• 1 tablespoon orange peel
• 1 tablespoon artichoke leaf
• 4 cups water
1. Place the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
2. Remove the pan from the heat, cover, and let the mixture steep for 15 minutes.
3. Drink 1 cup before your two biggest meals of the day.
