Few things soothe winter chills better than a piping hot cup of tea. Rise and Shine Tea

This formula makes the perfect start to any bustling holiday morning. Yerba mate is gently stimulating while skullcap and rose strengthen the nervous system. Peppermint adds an invigorating kick.

• 1 part yerba mate
• 1 part skullcap leaf
• 1/2 part rose buds
• 1/2 part peppermint leaf

Steep 2 tablespoons tea blend in 1 cup hot water for 5 minutes. Strain.     

Winter Wellness Tea

Whether you’re prepping for parties or visiting far-flung family, this tasty adaptogenic formula will boost your natural defenses.

• 1 part eleuthero root
• 1/2 part ginger root
• 1/2 part elderberries
• 1/4 part cinnamon chips

Gently simmer 1/3  cup tea blend in 1 quart water for 30 minutes. Strain well, mashing liquid from berries. Add lemon and honey to taste.
