DAY 1
Morning
• On arising, drink a glass of pure water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
• Take a few minutes to stretch and practice deep-breathing exercises.
• Drink 1 cup of Purifying Herbal Tea or take Purifying Herbal Tincture fifteen minutes before breakfast.
• Breakfast: Choose from fresh or stewed dried fruit, yogurt, whole-grain cooked cereal and raw nuts.
Noon
• Sip a cup of Purifying Herbal Tea or take Purifying Herbal Tincture fifteen minutes before lunch.
• Lunch: Three or more servings of lightly cooked or raw vegetables; 3 to 4 ounces of lean protein such as fish, poultry, or tofu seasoned with olive oil, lemon, herbs and sea salt.
Afternoon
• Snacks: Fresh fruit, raw vegetables or fresh vegetable juices.
• Exercise: Take a thirty-minute brisk walk (at any time during the day).
Evening
• Sip a cup of Purifying Herbal Tea or take Purifying Herbal Tincture fifteen minutes before dinner.
• Dinner: three or more servings of lightly cooked and raw vegetables; one to two servings of complex carbohydrates (such as brown rice, quinoa, potatoes or yams) seasoned with olive oil, lemon, herbs and sea salt.
• Soak in Aromatherapy Purifying Bath before bed.
• Take 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of powdered psyllium or other fiber laxative dissolved in 8 ounces of water; follow with an additional glass of water.
• Go to sleep before 10 p.m.
DAY 2
Morning
• On arising, drink a glass of pure water with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
• Spend ten minutes stretching and performing deep-breathing exercises.
• Drink 1 cup of Purifying Herbal Tea or take Purifying Herbal Tincture.
• Purifying fast day: Choose from fresh vegetable and fruit juices, vegetable broths and light vegetable soups, and steamed vegetables. Have juice, broth and/or vegetables every two to three hours.
Noon
• Sip a cup of Purifying Herbal Tea or take Purifying Herbal Tincture.
• Continue taking juice, broth and/or vegetables every two to three hours.
• Take a thirty-minute gentle walk (at any time during the day).
Afternoon
• Practice twenty minutes of yoga or other relaxation exercises.
• Take a nap or rest.
• Continue drinking plenty of water and herbal teas.
• Consume juice, broth and/or vegetables every two to three hours.
Evening
• Sip a cup of Purifying Herbal Tea or take Purifying Herbal Tincture.
• Continue taking juice, broth and/or vegetables every two to three hours.
• Soak in Herbal Detoxifying Bath before bed.
• Take 1 teaspoon to 1 tablespoon of powdered psyllium or other fiber laxative dissolved in 8 ounces of water; follow with an additional glass of water.
• Go to sleep before 10 p.m.
DAY 3
Morning
