Adrian Grenier (HBO’s “Entourage,” The Devil Wears Prada) heads up an eco-friendly cast in his newest endeavor, Alter Eco. The 13-part series premiers Monday, June 9 at 9 p.m. (ET/PT) on Planet Green, a new addition to the Discovery Network’s portfolio.

Alter Eco highlights the efforts of Hollywood’s elite, as well as average Joes, as they try to make their homes and lives more environmentally friendly. The first episode will feature an eco-remodel to an L.A. home. Future shows will include a surprise drop-in on a family struggling to be more environmentally conscious, an overhaul of an L.A. hotspot using salvaged materials, and testing of sustainable gear while snowboarding.

Accompanying Grenier on his green team are actor/environmentalist Boise Thomas, eco-renovation expert Darren Moore and sustainable style guru/fashion model Angela Lindvall. For a sneak preview of  Alter Eco , tune into Planet Green’s launch night on June 4 at 10 p.m. (ET/PT).
