Some seeds are stubborn, and just don’t want to sprout. Help them along by mimicking winter conditions, as if they had been planted in the fall. Place the seed in a bit of damp peat moss inside a plastic baggie. Date the baggie and label it with the type of seed it contains. Then, pop it in the refrigerator.
