Ingredients:

• 1⁄2 green cabbage
• Flesh of 1⁄3 pineapple
• Flesh of 2 mangoes
• A thumb of ginger
• 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

Blend the ingredients except the honey with 1⁄3 cup of water. Add more water if necessary to reach your desired consistency. Add the honey, mix, then drink.
