Serves 2

Green powdered stevia leaf goes well with kiwi and pineapple. Recipe provided by Karl Mincin of Concrete, Washington.

• 2 cups pineapple juice
• 1 banana
• 1 large kiwi, peeled
• 1 tablespoon barley grass or spirulina ­powder
• 1/2 to 1 teaspoon green powdered stevia leaf

1. Blend all the ingredients together in an electric blender or food processor.

2. Serve immediately.
