This marinated garlic recipe makes it easy to take advantage of the health-promoting benefits. Marinated garlic is terrific as a snack and can be added to salad dressings, soups, vegetables or stir-fried rice. It will keep for at least one month in the refrigerator.
- Peeled garlic cloves
- Balsamic vinegar
- Soy sauce
- Honey
- Fill a glass jar two-thirds full of peeled garlic; set aside. Combine equal parts balsamic vinegar, soy sauce and honey, and heat gently until honey liquefies.
