Herbes de Provence: Lemon-Chive Mayonnaise

Use herbs to give more flavor to your mayo.

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
• 1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
• 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

Combine all ingredients and divide among the six rolls.
