Since I first started working with The Herby in 2003, I've moved from medicinal skeptic to cautious enthusiast, thanks to my general "Why not give it a shot?" approach to most new things. I knew I loved herbs in the garden and herbs in my food, but I wasn't so sure about this "plant medicines" thing.
My perspective took a dramatic turn that first year when I attended the Natural Products ExpoWest in Anaheim.
