It’s been a long week. I don’t feel like cooking, but I have leftover chicken in the fridge. So tonight I’m using this blessedly simple recipe for halfway-homemade rosemary mayonnaise that I found in the current Herb Companion. My kids will never know we’re eating leftovers.
2 teaspoons fresh, chopped rosemary
¾ cup mayonnaise
3 minced garlic cloves
Freshly ground pepper
Mix rosemary into mayonnaise. Add garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
