Call it an organic, vegan hot pocket. The Fillo Factory took the flaky fillo crust and wrapped it around a delicious combination of vegetables and spices to create Aunt Trudy’s organic fillo pocket sandwiches, a line of microwavable entrees. The crust is made with whole wheat, and the pockets contain no cholesterol or trans fat. All of the pocket sandwiches are vegan and USDA certified organic. Although they’re only packed with vegetables, these pocket sandwiches are still bursting with flavor. Take these for example:

Mushroom & Leek
This pocket contains a savory combination of mushrooms and leeks seasoned with garlic and pepper.

Classic Samosa
The classic samosa is stuffed with potatoes, carrots, onions, corn, peas and green chili peppers, and it’s seasoned with cumin, ginger, coriander and cayenne pepper.

Mexicali Vegetable
If you’re looking for something a little exotic, try this one. The Mexicali Vegetable pocket is filled with black beans, corn, tomato, zucchini, onion, peppers and potatoes, and it’s seasoned with garlic, cilantro, cumin, coriander and cayenne pepper.

Maple Walnut Baklava
Did we mention they have dessert pockets as well? The Maple Walnut Baklava pocket is a sweet treat filled with walnuts, almonds and cinnamon that’s drenched in maple syrup.

Although these five ounce pockets look small, they're very hearty and filling. Aunt Trudy's organic fillo pockets are available at retailers such as Whole Foods and WinCo Foods. They're also availabe on the Fillo Factory's website for $2.64.
